Have you tried Castor oil? Try taking 1 tsp at first and see how it works. It has a way of moving stuff down AND OUT!!

I have tried taking fiber to no avail. I've taken Miralax which does nothing. I've had 3 surgeries for this. I still have to take laxatives every few days and I'm so tired of it.
