i have patellar tracking disorder and have a long list of physical therapy exercises i should be doing daily. how do you guys find the motivation to do your physical therapy? is there any way i can make it feel more fun/rewarding? i hate thinking about the fact that i’m probably going to have to do these for the rest of my life

I am also in the same boat, I have PT 3x a week and then I have to go home and do my exercises. This probably sounds silly but I like to reward myself with something when I’m done, whether it’s a piece of candy or a favorite snack.

I'm in the same boat, honestly just putting them into a daily routine has been helping me. I feel really unmotivated to do these excersies too but when I do them as a part of my morning routine I feel a lot better about doing it/getting it done.
