Introducing Myself: Struggling with Mental Health and Substance Abuse

Hi everyone, I am Kristine. I suffer from panic disorder and anxiety but am also in early recovery from substance abuse (first 2 years). I have a 13 yo son with Autism and lost his father to a sudden cardiac arrest in August of 2020. I'm trying to build a whole new life for the 2 of us and I'm looking for a circle of support where I can be of help to others and hopefully l will find some answers and help here, as well. I'm finding myself kind of stuck in a home bound phase of my life where I spend most of my time at home. My therapist says I have complex PTSD. Generally speaking, life looks OK from the outside but I am genuinely struggling. Nice to meet you. I look forward to meeting some of you.
