      Sleeping helps. Weighing your options, GED (Assuming you’re still in HS), staying in school, online school, summer school, etc. also helps. Fixing your schedule. Talking to counselors about horrible friends. Planning/thinking about future goals. I used to avoid thinking abt the future, mainly cuz I didn’t think I’d live that long, but it helps to plan/think about a REALISTIC path you can take to make yourself happiest and also make enough to provide for yourself (and others, if applicable). I hope this makes sense and I hope it helps

      I find sleeping help me the best to get away from the pain. Not the best but it’s something
