I not only Have Lupus but congestive Heart Failure also I take plenty of vitamins but still cant seem to get up and go any suggestions

      First let me say, do not push more than you can. Dealing with the heart is a delicate thing but first research what supplements are best for the heart that will not interfere with your meds. I research everything I put in me and I love herbs especially because they go straight into the bloodstream.
