Never give up & never give in!! Take it one day @ a time, do what you can & say ‘NO’ when your not feeling well. MAIN THING IS LISTEN TO TOUR BODY. When it says REST u rest!!

Stay hydrated. Rest when you can. Feet up. If you follow a spiritual path definitely stick to it. You will need your beliefs to keep you strong.

Definitely sunscreen and staying out of the sun. Even florescent lighting like at Walmart can effect you. I started noticing my energy being zapped at Walmart of all places and my doctor mentioned the lighting. I do have photosensitivity and pretty severe so it may not bother you. Vitamin D and B12, magnesium, probiotics are so helpful to me personally. Rest even when you don’t feel the need. There’s nothing like taking advantage of having some energy to only pay for it the next few days in bed. Do a little at a time then sit and rest a minute. Learn to say no without guilt. Don’t be hard on yourself when you can’t do what you used to. I have limited mobility with my neck and shoulders so chair yoga has been excellent for me. Good luck and be patient with yourself and others.

Wear sunscreen. Stay out of the sun. Take breaks often. Don't over work yourself.
