Im currently just realizing that I have not a lot of friends. I struggle with anxiety and depression and more but i just got out a horrible friend some months ago and i was fine with being alone until i realized i was putting all this pressure on my partner to be my lover and my best friend which they are but i need other sources so i don’t overwhelm them and keep my self open to others help and i just dont know how to do that i dont like to talk to people

In my experience, friends aren't people you have to talk to every single day. They can be someone you reach out to every so often to vent to or ask for advice. I'm not good at talking to friends regularly or even keeping in contact with people in general. You don't have to force yourself to go out of your way to talk to people if you don't like it, but finding people with common interests could be an easier way to start slowly filtering new people into your life.

Same. Honestly. I would do what the other commenter suggested when you feel open to it and comfortable. You could also join Facebook groups for online friends or look for forums online if you're not comfortable with going out into a real friendship just yet again. Sometimes we as people just need emotional connection not always physical. You can try to find groups for hobbies you like. And I think even Bumble has a friends option now and is no longer reserved for being a dating site. That's just a few options.
