      I don't really have friends or family either. I have 2 acquaintances that I speak to once ever few months on average. For me, when I feel lonliness, I try to hang out at the office and strike up a conversation with a coworker if I can. If I can't do that I sometimes try to talk to someone online. I know lonliness is really tough, it honestly feels similar to grief for me.

      Sometimes stuff like this can help! Even though it seems small, talk to people online (ā€¢: find groups that you have things in common with & chat about what you know. Go into the comments on social media platforms & find questions you can answer to get a convo going or just to help someone out šŸ‘ good luck to you!

      This is so hard. I don't have friends either. I just try to focus on what I do have when it feels extra tough. And it can be as simple as I need it to be, it doesn't have to be grand or super meaningful. Like maybe a nice person I talked to at the grocery store. I just try to focus on whatever little nugget of human connection I can and let it soak in.
