How does anyone exercise, especially in the heat šŸ«  I'm doing some light stretching and stuff now, but just being out in the sun has made me want to hide away and nap till winter. Sometimes I feel like I should approach exercise and stamina the way someone who uses a bed or wheelchair would, but even that makes me groan. Ugh. this is a question, but also very much a complaint lol

I may not be overweight (used to) but am still unhealthy and still struggle to exercise. And I don't see why you shouldn't approach exercise like a wheelchair user does. Anything is honestly better than nothing :) Just suggesting some stuff that I have tried: 1. If you like dance/K-pop, try to learn the dances/songs you like on youtube. A lot of people have lost weight doing this, including me (for a while then I got depressed and lost that skill) 2. If you like games, try those dance/exercise games. I used to do Wii-fit when I was younger and unconsciously learnt Yoga. 3. Get a pet. (Remember to be a responsible owner, a pet is a financial and lifetime decision) Walking a dog helps you get out and get some exercise and you can always put your cat in a backpack and let your cat see the world. 4. Use your ADD to your advantage to get hyperfixated on some exercise program that you may want to try

Some people with chronic pain or fatigue have found success with low-impact exercises like swimming, stretching in bed, or walking for short periods of time. Others have suggested breaking up exercise into smaller chunks throughout the day instead of trying to do a long session all at once. If heat is an issue, indoor activities or exercising during cooler parts of the day might be beneficial. Some also recommend finding an activity that you enjoy and makes you feel good, even if it's small, as a way to motivate yourself to move your body.
