I think I might have hyperhidrosis, but I'm not sure. I do have hidradenitis suppurativa. I sweat SUPER easy. If I get mildly anxious or a little stressed, I'm soaked in sweat. Stand up, start sweating. Walk a few steps, sweating. I can't do a Walmart trip without being absolutely drenched. I can't wear jackets even when it's cold outside because I get hot and I sweat. Even when it was snowing, I couldn't handle wearing a coat. People always told me it's because I'm f@t (even tho I'm only minorly overweight and am healthy overall), but I've been working really hard to get more fit/healthy, and I still have the same issue. Can y'all relate to this?

Based on the shared experiences, many people can relate to excessive sweating due to various reasons such as anxiety, hormonal changes, or even without any apparent reason. Some have found solutions through medical treatments, while others use practical methods like wearing absorbent pads. However, it's recommended to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
