I'm just so tired.... I can't eat during the day and it make me feel sick. but all I can do during the night is eat... I'm so scared to gain more weight. idk what to do

    Try to eat simple healthy foods threw out the day I like no added sugar apple sauce packets, also I'd try to develope a more healthy relationship with food and make sure ur taking care of your mental health🙂

        start with small goals and keep incorporate things get used to change and comfortable, snack on veggies and fruit because u can eat as much as that and that won't do anything in terms of gaining weight mostly sugar and processed food meat and dairy is when is not good for ppl who are more seceptive to they symptom of weight gain due to unhealthy diet and ik mental stuff can cause and affect the diet but just know what u need, and do for urself cause UK it will be good for u even if ur body and mind try fight it

    also idk if ur interested I've had bad weight problems all my life and also times when I'm depressed I don't want to eat, I've been vegan for like over 3 years that's the only thing that worked for me as far as not having to worry about gaining weight, I eat till I'm good there's no counting and portioning I started out going wholefood no sugar vegan and then after like a year I incorporate more sub foods like vegan cheese vegan meats vegan treats your body will get used to eating this way then it will take care of it, but even if you replace meat and dairy options with vegan products it's healthier and less intake also when ur body gets proper nutrition it improves your mental health also the only thing that helped me meds made me gain weight as well but I'm off it, I cleaned up my deficiency as well ❤
