TW// *Eating Disorder* I feel like I might be suffering from an eating disorder. I will go as long as I possibly can without eating, then binge a bunch of food, feel guilty, repeat. I've contemplated making myself purge, but never had the guts to do so. I feel like this is a big factor to why I can't lose any weight. Recently all I've focused on was how much I weighed, what I ate, wishing I could exercise but with POTS I have trouble doing so. My only option is to not eat. I just want to find some help, and maybe some advice. I really need some. :(
