Does anyone get a dysphoric feeling with their ADHD or without their ADHD meds? My dr thinks I was impulsive bc of my vyvanse that I’ve been on almost a decade. I feel terrible. Not like physically. My mind is racing 100000000000x faster. And I just can’t focus on one thing. I am super anxious. Bc of it. I did a lot of trauma therapy today and now I feel like it was for nothing. And I broke my sobriety’s couple days ago bc I was feeling awful. I’ve been sober from all substances for 400 (1+ yrs) days. And drugs 2 years. Same with nicotine. Now I am trying so hard hard to stay sober. But my mind has not shut up all day. Every single noise grabs my attention. And all I want to do is use & SH due to the thoughts being wild when the ADHD brain mashing with the PTSD. I feel horrible. Anyone else ever get this way? What do you do?
