Struggling with Dizziness and Nausea

Hi! I hope everyone is well. I am struggling with dizziness and nausea to the point that I cannot get my daily activities such as work and cleaning complected. I can do about 2 hours of activity a day before I have to go back to sleep. I cannot go on car rides even to the grocery store without getting sick. My symptoms are not getting better their getting worse. I had an EEG and EKG a year ago and both came back fine. Many blood tests as well that have found nothing. The neurologist cannot see me till January and I am not sure what to do the next 5 months. Any suggestions? I take topiramate(everyday), ondansetron, and scopolamine (most days).
