Experiencing Dizziness and Lightheadedness After Eating

Hi all, Lately I have been experiencing dizziness, being lightheaded and feeling like fainting when I eat or after eating . It got so bad that I have ended up at the A&E department twice already within 2 weeks. My chest feels heavy and something can’t catch a breath . All my tests are fine .I eat a very healthy diet and I’m surprised that I’m having such an issue right now. Im seeing neurologist and trying to get appointment with gastroenterologist too. Did any of you suffered from the same symptoms? What was the outcome . Im scared of eating as some of the episodes are very scary . Natalia
