      Ryan I was as depressed as you could get. Multiple suicide attempts Multiple psych hospital stays. I gained over 200 lbs. I laid in a bed 20 hours a day most of it awake doing nothing but planning my own demise. I can promise you it gets better. Lexapro is my saving grace but keep looking for yours. Never give up hope.

      Depression only wins if you allow it if you get up out of bed and at least take a shower or do something productive in a day you feel a lot better but if you lay in bed and feel sorry for yourself and throw on the pity party you're not going to never get better go for a walk draw Journal listen to music color

      I agree with Ronald. When you learn to live alongside it, it does not seem so overwhelming. One thing at a time, give yourself grace. 🤗

      Sometimes it's not about beating it, it's about living alongside it healthily. Lowering the bar makes it a little easier.

      Have you ever tried journaling? I find journaling helpful as well as meditation helps as well. Or you can carry a stone around like a small quartz crystal.

      Ryan 91 i promise you days will get better I know what I do is I pray to Jesus to take anxiety way and depression he helps his baby's as much he can I wish you happy recovery and I feel you if I can make it I know you can as well
