I've been trying for months now to finally find someone who can help me. my childhood has finally come back into my life, and all the trauma is coming back as well. I find myself unable to make it through a day without either spending hours crying over everything or just being pissed off at everything. my anxiety is also elevated due to being told that I am too much for the doctors I have talked to, and they are all referring me elsewhere. I feel like I'm unable to be helped.
