I'm very lucky to have a great g.p, psychologist and psychiatrist..and other supportive people in my life.. however I feel like I've tried everything in 35 years and approaching 50 I'm petrified that this is the rest of my story. I'm tired of struggling with only glimmers of happiness. I've just been told I'm most likely autistic in the lower range and adhd. adhd I've suspected a long time. I'm also menopausal just to add to it all and work full time. I'd love to hear your story..especially if it all magically stopped!
