Struggling with BPD stigma

I recently got diagnosed with BPD and I can't find someone to talk to, aside from my doctors, that doesn't have a serious stigma about the disorder...I feel pretty alone because of it. how'd you guys find solice in it?

I was recently diagnosed as well and coming here is a good step. Online help is, well, helpful. My hood luck is My daughter who's about 18. She is my biggest confidant. She studies mental health and it's very understanding and knowledgeable. I learn new stuff that helps me with clarity on my behavior all the time
