when i was a bit younger, around 16-17 i was only mildly obese (a stupid term) and struggled with starving myself and just having a harmful relationship with food. so recently ive lost alot of weight very quickly due to really bad ibs and im pretty much in the shape i wanted so badly during that time (16-17) , but i still feel sort of traumatized by eating. when people comment on my weight saying “youve gotten skinny” or that ive lost weight fast or i just eat the “regular amount” i feel guilty and like ill never escape the guilt of eating and losing/gaining weight. does anyone else feel this way ?
