so, I went to my pulmonologist today and he wants to run more tests again to see if my asthma is more well controlled or not, or my illness being something entirely different along with me having asthma. I’ve had the full pulmonary tests done before, but he’s adding in a muocola test (I don’t think I’ve ever had that done? not sure but I was wondering if anyone else has done it?) I’ve been an serve chronic asthmatic since the day I was born and it only got worse as I grew older. They just think wheezing is the biggest indicator but for me it isn’t, so when they say my lungs sound clear or my x-rays came back normal, I’m still quite unwell and I know this is a long time illness although it can get better with time I just wish some people would be understandable about it when I say I’m having a really hard time. I always feel like I’m not getting enough air or when there is too much air I can’t breathe.
