Struggling with Anxiety and Depression: My Experience with Electric Shock Therapy

I don’t know why there aren’t better lasting options. It seems like nothing works and then I go into full crisis mode so people send me to the hospital but then after a week of staying there I am released with a list of diagnoses, a huge hospital bill (Adding to debt), and no hope. I know this comment isn’t super encouraging and I have never tried electric shock therapy but same idea. I am here for ya because I am so sick of doctors not knowing how to help.
