Struggling with ADHD and Trauma Brain

I legit feel your pain, I wonder this all the time, like is this because of my diagnosis, my other diagnosis, or trauma? Lol I don’t have an answer for you but I can relate.

maybe something to talk about with your dr? I can definitely relate, mental stuff is so intertwined and it’s hard to tell what’s what. I would say that if the meds are helping you, what’s the harm? addiction can form even if you did need them

Ooo that’s a really good point, I’d deffo post this same thing on the PTSD category to see what people over there think, I feel like they might be more knowledgeable with stuff like this
