I know that anxiety and depression can be an underlying factor of many other conditions. I was diagnosed with both 5 years ago and now am planning on discussing with my doctor some other concerns. I am fairly certain about having dyslexia but also concerned about ADHD. if anyone was diagnosed as an adult, I am looking on some advice because I know it is more difficult.

I am going to get checked out for ADHD at some point this week. I'm 23, so I'll let you know if my anxiety/depression diagnosis changes

@BrookXbangtan I hope everything goes well
@sagjun me too. My mother is a Psychologist, so it's tough to find people that are willing to deal with me. 😅😮💨
I swore that I had undiagnosed ADHD. My psych gave me the little questionnaire and my score was borderline. But I was so certain. Turns out, symptoms of PTSD (which is what I've been diagnosed with) can be similar to ADHD. Not sure how helpful this is. I can definitely relate to the frustration of not being taken seriously because it took over a year for me to be diagnosed with anything other than depression and anxiety.
