i have also been sober for almost two years. my ex partner was an alcoholic and i tried to help them so much. however you can only do so much with someone who doesn’t want to stop. for my own mental health and sobriety i had to let go of them. it was a very hard choice but now i do not regret it.

Also sometimes remembering "your worst day" while you were using can be a good reminder that it's not worth it to go back down that path.
Do have any recovery supports? A home group, sponsor, or people in recovery that you can confide in and they can hold you accountable? Stay away from your triggers, but I know you can't if your partner is actively using 😓 call someone if you think you might relapse or need immediate help
I’m 3 1/2 years clean. It’s really hard to be sober with an addict partner. I know so many people that had to let their SO go. You can’t truly be healthy
