Struggling to Remember My Childhood

Does anyone else have like almost no recollection of their childhood? I try to remember what I was like as a kid and even just memories and experiences from my childhood but I can only recall the same 3 or 4 memories over and over again and I don't even know if they are real memories or if I have just made them up based on photos and even dreams....

Hello, mental health is my special interest. Sounds to me you might have BPD (Borderline personality Disorder) or DID (Dissociative identity disorder) . Those disorders can make it hard to remember your childhood also means you had a traumatizing childhood. If you go ahead and look it up on Google it should tell you a bit about it. But if you actually want to learn more details and whatever I say go to tiktok put in search bar (that alter life) (living with Alters) (DID) (BPD) (system tok) and stuff like that and you will find so many videos talking about it and you will learn more about it from tiktok than anywhere else. My one and Only Best Friends are a system and they are amazing and their special interest is also mental health you will come across them when looking around tiktok for answers. ❤️🥰😊🥰❤️
