Struggling to Concentrate on Creative Projects

I have so much stuff I want to do creative wise such as draw, make jewelry, paint, sew etc but everytime I go to do it I start then spend no more than 20 mins on it because I can't concentrate. It's so frustrating because I have the ideas but when I'm doing it I feel so unsatisfied.

      I know just what you mean. It's so difficult to find the focus and concentration for the things we like to do.

      I get this totally, I always jump from one activity/hobby to the next even if I like doing it. Not sure if you’re referencing adhd cuz it’s tagged as general but, in my experience people always associate adhd with not being able to do classwork and stuff. It’s so ignored when I talk about not being able to do things I actually like to do??? Things I need to get done like basic tasks and shit?? They only care if it involves school. I wish I could put my mind to something and go through with it

        @Kid I'm not sure if it's adhd or being depressed and having lack of interest or motivation or anxiety is stopping me cuz I tend to think about things while doing it then I start to feel bad.
