Did you get a full hormone panel (prolactin, thyroid, estrogen, LH etc etc? If you have a male partner you’re trying to get pregnant with, have him get his sperm levels checked. Using a basal thermometer to track ovulation helps. How long have you been trying? Request imaging if necessary.
