I've been diagnosed with PCOS a while back bur never saw the need to address it. But now I want children and they are not coming. I don't know what to do.

Reproductive endocrinologist can be helpful. Sometimes at home ovulation test strips can give false positives for ovulation, so it may be helpful to seek professional medical assistance

Have you had him tested? It might not even be you. Ovulating is a very good sign for pcos fertility.

Do you know if you are ovulating? A ketogenic diet got me to ovulate and I got pregnant soon after.
