I've been diagnosed with PCOS a while back bur never saw the need to address it. But now I want children and they are not coming. I don't know what to do.

      Have you had him tested? It might not even be you. Ovulating is a very good sign for pcos fertility.

      Do you know if you are ovulating? A ketogenic diet got me to ovulate and I got pregnant soon after.
