I must say, my husband is an absolute saint. I don't know how he puts up with me. I have to put so much energy into my job and when I get home I am so spent. he has to do everything for me from making calls to make appointments because I can't talk to people on the phone anymore, to caring for our kids because I am just so tired. I know I am a major stressor on our marriage and I want to be better but it's just so hard to be there for everyone all the time. I'm the primary breadwinner btw so I kind of have to give my all at work but my personal life obviously suffers. We're hardly ever intimate anymore and it sucks. Some of that is the meds, but some of that is my absolute lack of energy. I don't want to push him away. š

Is there any way you can take a few days off from work so you can can spend a day relaxing and another day just with your spouse? Then the 3rd day with your spouse & your kids?

@tikka it's hard cuz I'm in healthcare and so trying to take off is pretty difficult. I actually have two days off in a row right now (today is day two) but he works from home himself so yesterday was my rest day and today I have the kids. We really don't have time for just us ever. I need to figure out how to make it a priority.
