Feeling Overwhelmed and Alone in My Struggles

I'm so tired but there's so much to do. I need to shower and paint the bathroom and get groceries and get dinner ready and still keep my preschooler happy and plan moving to another country next year and I'm so overwhelmed and feel so alone in my struggling. my husband tries but he's also disabled and never seems to get the motivation to push himself how I have to every day, I don't understand what he's not getting about having to do these things, I am trying so hard all day while he gets to rest but he's not any worse off them me, in fact he's better off bc his disabilities at least have treatments! I don't want to resent him but it's so hard when I'm trying so hard and it seems like he doesn't even notice let alone help.
