i can’t be alone . and it’s honestly something i struggle with everyday . i over share. i haven’t been single since i was in middle school. i am now 19. single. i don’t know who i am . i struggle to find joy in anything . i literally crave to be loved by someone . and when i feel it i ruin it because i can never be happy for to long. i don’t get it.

      I relate massively, I'm 34 tho. I just went through a stage of trying to self destruct my current relationship, luckily I have been open with my current partner and he knew what I was doing. I've been single for no longer than 2 months since I was 12! I usually have a 'back up' boyfriend in the works. I'm shocking for oversharing trying to find connections and bonds, but it usually leaves me alone. I'm happy to share some of the things that have helped me over the years of you would like.

      I know what you're going through . I was the very same way at your age and still a little today . I have learned to love myself and not let anyone decide that for me . I'm very much a people pleaser , so it was very easy to take care of others before myself and in the long run that's not helpful to me. Therapy helps , and finding a hobby that brings you joy does too. One day at a time and make sure to breathe deeply sometimes .
