Struggles of Being Chronically Ill and Taking Care of My Dog

I hate being chronically ill. I can’t take my dog out to potty most times and it kills me. I have to tell her to stop when she does her little dance and she gets so upset thinking she did something wrong. My husband is normally the one that takes her out but he works long shifts so she often goes out only twice a day when she needs to more. I’m scared she’s going to developer bladder issues for having to hold it so long so often and it’ll be all my fault. Realistically I know that’s not true and it’s unlikely she will develop issues but I can’t get the thought out of my head that she might. I just needed to vent some…
