I’ve stopped taking my meds and I feel like everything is blowing up. Like with the flip of a switch everything was perfect and now I feel sick to my stomach. Like I don’t record people or my own relationship and am having trouble connecting emotionally or even feeling emotions. And it’s mostly around my boyfriend. I hate it with all of my being and I don’t know why it’s all happening.

Oh my no no no sweetheart do you not have insurance??? If not then there are mental health places run by the state that will give you your meds...honey don't do this alone anything you need I'll try my best to make sure u jave
Hi. I started reading “the body keeps the score” recently and it really highlighted how trauma can numb you out and make emotional connections nonexistent no matter how bad you want them. I don’t know the answer rn, just know you’re not alone and you’re not a terrible person, your brain is literally “sabotaging” you right now as it tries to simultaneously protect you.

We all have some kinda glitch within us ....however to stop taking your meds isn't the way to go ..I understand how you feel because I've been on several different meds from head meds to thorizen...have you thought about adding therapy with your meds maybe if you combined them you would benefit greatly. I know you Wana be in control over your own emotions but sometimes it's a real chemical imbalance with in the serotonin levels in your brain ..I'm not a professional yet as I have two more yrs of psychology school and I'll have a bachelor's degree in Psychology. If ya need to talk I know imma stranger but I can relate.
@newmanwife3 I stopped because I forgot to take them and then I realized how expensive they were and I want to start back up again. I just want to also see if there are other more natural options.
