what can I do to make them (my voices) to stop fighting each other

A couple of questions, from a system who used to be full of fighting but has since gotten much better. How good is your external communication? How good is your internal communication? How much access do you have to headspace, if you have one at all? Improving our communication seemed to help us enormously. We could talk through issues and teach different headmates different coping strategies other than yelling and hitting. Having a vivid headspace also aided us because we could physically separate them. Problematic pairs are split up where one stays at one end of the headspace and the other on the opposite side, they aren’t allowed to communicate unless many people are gathered together! We also assign a buddy to problematic headmates. Alters who start trouble get paired with rule followers of a similar interest. Last but not least, improving things in the whole system’s life or coping with outside forces significantly reduces the amount of fighting in our system personally. I know that’s a hopeful strategy but it’s helped us a lot. I hope if you can’t do these things, that you can at least use these a blueprints to think of your own ideas! - Millard
