Any tips for starting college?

I went through 2 semesters, the community college i went through was really preppy and stuck up, but thats my experience. Make sure you fill out your fafsa for any aid, apply for as many grants and scholarships as you can to reduce costs, and do your research on your available professors because your not gonna want one thats a harsh grader or one that doesnt treat students well. Usually colleges or students of colleges have a forum or discussion area to review each professor so you can find the best one, or talking to students currently enrolled helps too. Also if you can rent or buy used textbooks itll reduce your costs more because i know college textbooks are expensive. Besides that try not to be a full time student and be working at the same time. I was that and i do not recommend, 2 hours of sleep every night for a few months on end isnt fun. Do everything at your pace and only do what you feel your capable of doing if that means you only take 2 or 3 classes per semester you do it, the best thing i think for college is make sure you dont overwork or stress out to much. I hope this helps!!!
