How long does it take you to recover from a weekend of socializing( including a party with multiple people at one time)? I’m feeling so frustrated and tired, my mind is looping and on repeat and I feel like I’m in a constant state of reliving every social moment from the weekend as if they were all happening all at once. So squiggly.

Honestly at this point I can sleep it off most of the time and be fine the next morning. But I do make sure to honor my limits, and will leave an event early if I’m not feeling it. If I push myself too hard, then yeah, I’ll probably feel like crap. I think my tolerance has improved in recent years.

A day or so. I actually miss good stressful situations as opposed to bad ones.

like a week to recover (sometimes more if my chronic pain flared up) and 2-3 weeks before i can plan another hang out

I feel this. It takes me a few days most of the time. Sometimes it's just two.
