What do you find helps you with your skin picking? Right now what I’m doing is getting thick nails put on at the salon (really helps with scalp picking), and using bandaids, pimple patches, and petroleum jelly on spots I feel an urge to pick at. The bandaids and patches are a physical barrier to prevent picking, and the petroleum jelly is more tactile. If I go to pick a spot where I’ve applied the jelly I’ll feel that it’s “gooey” and it puts me off from picking. Plus it moisturizes dry skin. I’m looking forward to your answers. 😊
