hey I was wondering if you ever had picked your skin so much and it started bleeding. if you have can you maybe share what helped

      All the time! I always pick on my fingers and theyre constantly bleeding, it’s completely okay. For me its mainly a bad habit, but it also acts as an outlet when im in a stressful situation. Kind of a way to cope. Its totally okay, but i suggest you move onto stress balls or fidget toys. Stop abusing your skin!

      see a dermatologist I have some p bad eczema, but I was able to get it under control with some steroid creams and then if you can rule out a dermatology issue, see a therapist—picking at skin can be an anxiety thing
