hi I'm sherry, I'm having pain in both my shoulders now but it started in my right arm n went to my wrist n I used to wear a brace but it made my fingers get numb . now I'm experiencing it in my left shoulder n wrist. Should I get tested again n see a specialist?

I would definitely recommend seeing a specialist. Carpal tunnel shouldn't be causing pain up to your shoulder, so I would also ask the doctor to test for cubital tunnel syndrome (like carpal tunnel syndrome, but in your elbow).
