Only you know that answer. If they aren't helping you, you should look for another. It can take a bit to find the right one. ❤️

What @UCBree said!!!! Idk how long you have been seeing this therapist, but if they’re new, you should give it some time. It can take a while to build that trust up with someone. But if you feel it’s not working out or you’re not getting the help you need & deserve, looking for someone new might be your best move. I’ve been to 7 therapists over the course of roughly four years. I try to give each one at least a month and if I’m still not vibing with them, I move on. I know how difficult finding the right one can be, but just try to be patient (especially with yourself) and don’t lose hope!! You got this!!

Nah. I mean if you really like them why leave? Have they ever made you feel like shit? Leave. But idk maybe find another one before going cold turkey
