so I’m not even sure if this is to do with pots or endo or what it is but does anyone’s hands just ache really bad? I was sleeping and my hands (mostly right) just hurt. I’m even holding my phone and my hands feel so weak while trying to hold it or even do anything. I was vomiting, could hardly walk or get up yesterday so not sure if it’s my period or my body is being rude? it’s an effort to even spread my hands apart, I hate it 😭

I get horrific pain in my hands, especially the tops of my fingers! The pain woke me up last week as well. I have both POTS and endometriosis, going through a POTS flare up right now but my endo is pretty calm at the moment. I will say that I was told I have hypermobility and I've wondered if that's what's causing it. There's a link between POTS and hypermobility so might be something to look into! Sorry I couldn't offer more insight.
