I think many people do carry successfully, but there is a surgery you can have to have the septum removed. This increases the likeliness of carrying to term.

i have a subtype of double uterus/"ovira/ohvira" and after a surgery to create a opening to both of my seperated uteruses, i was told i could conceive in the future yes, and through either uterus if not both. quite odd!

  @wowwsika I have a complete septum and I’m considering having it removed here in the UK, but I don’t know whether NHS will cover the procedure since I don’t have evidence of miscarriage. Do you live in the UK, by any chance?
