What's everyone biggest sensory issues and describe how it makes you feel? I wanna know if I describe things the same way. Mine are velvet because it makes my bones itch and cooked squash/zucchini because it squeaks against my teeth like how a rubber ducky sounds.

scissors cutting into most things, but ESPECIALLY paper. i also hate when my nails scrape onto most hard things like concrete or wood. it's like i can feel the sound of those, even if it's just a tiny sound. and it makes my jaw ache and my ears ring.

I don't like the texture of beans :( It feels like I'm eating sand. I really want to like beans so I try every time it's offered. I can be pretty audio sensitive and if it's bad enough, my ears will ring with it like an alarm. It pierces through my entire body and makes me want to sprint.

Lots of mushy foods especially potatoes, fries are fine unless they are to mushy. Loud noises (yelling, Music that isn't mine, cars, fire alarms/tornado alarms, children, babies crying/screaming)

Ohh I relate to a lot of these. I hate when my nails scrape on things, I hate the feel of ice and I really hate going into my freezer because of the way the ice feels. I love and hate cabbage because of the way it squeaks on my teeth but I love the taste. I also hate velvet. Any squeaking noise makes me cringe, it like grates on my bones.

I cant stand microfibre or really anything that's too soft/fluffy. It feels like knives or more specifically little sharp hooks going into my skin.

Auditory sensitivity is my big one when there’s a lot of noises going on I get so overwhelmed and it gets hard to breath sometimes

water sucks. like showering is okay because my whole body is under water, but once I have to get out I get super itchy and irritable because I feel like I'm sweating so much ill never dry off

Gloves. They make my hands feel like they're trapped and I can't move them and too hot. Also depending on the texture of the different plastics, it can feel even worse than that.

Rough textured food like meat was always my biggest sensory issue, it’s why I’m vegetarian now. I used to have huge meltdowns over steak and stuff

electricity is a big one for me,, it's like it's going straight to my brain and frying it. Just a little buzz can overwhelm me so much it's lame. The feeling of being angry, because your body reacts physically, certain muscles tighten places get hotter, terribly terribly over stimulating to me. I also hate velvet and you've described it like how I would lol
