      I agree with flyhighmagpie. My therapist had me write down in a journal or use my phone to type it. ❤️

      find the things you know about yourself. things that cannot be changed. write them down. then write down the things that have been there for a long time, positive and negative. continue to write down habits you have that you'd like to keep. writing has helped me a lot, basically
