TW //// SH im a bit worried about my doctors appointment 😭 ive been clean for so long. the scars have faded now but im so tempted. i spent all these months making sure there was no sign and then a week b4 the appointment i want to relapse. any advice? if my mom finds out id probably kys

      if you trust your therapist enough to say those thoughts, then i’d suggest you do it. i’m not sure how all doctors work but they might find a way to help you. but if not, do things you love or think about things that make you happy and distract you from those thoughts. as always keep trying and i love you<3 you’ve gotten so far and i’m proud ily /p
