I had episodes during the day and also in my dreams. I was in the seizure unit at the hospital for a week to find out that it was from PTSD causing me to actually dissociate to the point of having a pseudo seizure. But now I haven't had one in a little over a year! If you have access to a Dr it's worth talking to them about it.
