hi I have a stag horn kidney stone. I have has it for 13 years now. only had 1 operation on it in 2010 (when they first found it), and it's been left since then as I have had other health issues that had to come first. recently (the last 5 months) I have been in agony in my back, had blood in my urine for 6 weeks ect. had scans and bloods done and I not only have a stag horn kidney stone now I also have lots of little stones as well in the small kidney. the stag horn stone is stopping the little ones getting out. I just wondered if anyone had ideas of things I can do at home to try and relief the pain in my back around my kidneys a bit. I can hardly move without being in agony. I am on Tramadol and diclofenac suppositories everyday. I can get myself in and out of a bath, so soaking in a warm bath is not something I can do to help myself. if anyone has any ideas or tips I would love to hear them as I am not due to see the specialist till March now to discuss when/what operation I will be having. thank you in advance
