Seeking Justice After a Tragic Car Crash

4 of my friends passed in a car crash and it’s been little over a month and they still haven’t released why the crash happened and it’s been bugging me like I feel I need to know why to get some peace about it like I sat in their funerals just sitting there wondering why like how could this happen one of them was my foster sister when I was in foster care she was 3 days away from her 16th birthday how could this happen and why and why haven’t they released the information on the other driver that caused the crash there was 4 others that made it and 1 is still in a coma 1 just got let go to go home and the other 2 are still being stuck in the hospital needing a bunch of physical therapy with one of them not likely to walk again they we’re driving to me because they went to a party and 2 people were stabbed there then a gun pulled so I told them they can come over to talk about what happened and to calm down / spend the night and on their way the other car hit them so I can’t help but ask why and blame myself almost ? Like I feel like seeing the other driver held responsible will help me find peace I’ve been going to my foster sisters grave and telling her I’m sorry and promising justice will come and instead there’s been nothing
