It's important to keep things between you and your doctor open and clear. They can help you, so they need to know. It is terrifying! There are so many uncertainties. Remember that anxiety can make a person overthink things. Remember to breathe and be present. ❤

Sometimes getting things out and discussing them can provide relief and anything that can be addressed can be taken care of.

It is better to tell your doctor everything. Not trying to scare you but it is something serious your doctor can get you on the right medication(s) to help cure you. This what I did. I have renal failure and stage 3 liver disease. And an autoimmune blood disease. That is attack all my major organs in lack of better words killing me. But I've been working with my doctors to find a medication to fight all of this. And just recently we found a medication to slow it down and my health is slowly turning around. Don't be afraid to reach out to your doctor they are there to help you.

Hi! Remember that you are not alone and there are people who can help. Tell your doctor what you’ve been feeling, this is the only way he can help you. There are treatments to handle those feelings, from my experience

You are not alone, I'm the same way. Here's what I did I typed down all my symptoms and a little note expressing all my fears and anixtey whenever I see my Dr. After my Dr read it, he took me seriously and told me he appreciated my being open and honest, he'll do what he can to help me get to the bottom of it all.
